My name is Allyson, at Joyful Heart Massage, “healing hands, joyful hearts” is more than a slogan, it’s a way of life. I have always felt a deep calling to help others, first serving as a community health worker and now bringing that same compassion into my massage practice.

As a single mom with a fierce “mama bear” spirit, I understand both the strength and tenderness it takes to care for others. This work is grounded in empathy, intuition, skill, and a genuine desire to see people feel better, body, mind, and spirit.

Besides my massage business and spending time with family, I find joy in the simple things: collecting rocks, growing too many houseplants, and spotting four-leaf clovers are my favorite little reminders of everyday magic.
